No. It's for anyone who wants more structure, better results, or just needs someone to keep them consistent. Beginners, experienced lifters, return-to-sport - all different starting points, same standard of coaching.

The program gets built around your schedule, not the other way around. The goal is training that supports your life - not another thing on the list that adds stress.
